Commitment to Quality
We consistently pursue new ways to improve the quality of care offered to our members. This includes:
- Regularly measuring health outcomes and setting goals for improvement
- Developing useful toolkits for members with common conditions such as asthma and diabetes
- Participating in state-sponsored programs that aim to enhance the level of care provided to our members, like MassHealth's latest initiative to bring Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) to Massachusetts. This program aims to find efficiencies in the health care system through enhanced data sharing, improved communication between providers and health plans, and care that goes beyond the exam room and is more personalized to a member's daily routine.
